Thank you for the support and encouragement that I have received from my Employee Wellness Coach and the program resources. I reached my weight loss goal (finally!) and attribute a huge part of that success to all the tools that have been made available to me. I have been struggling with my overall health for what seems like forever. Now that I have joined the "Wellness team" I am seeing results and hitting my goals. Knowing that there are other people in my office with the same goals has been encouraging and beneficial. Johnston & Matthews Wellness website has been an amazing asset to me personally and I hope that others enjoy it as much as I have. |
